AI in the project management
More overview and structure through smart support
Artificial intelligence can help project managers plan, manage and implement projects in a more structured, efficient and transparent way. The workshop provides a practical introduction to the use of generative AI in project management and shows how it can be used in a data protection-compliant manner throughout the entire project process.
Workshop content:
On the basis of a realistic mini-project, the participants develop with the support of AI:
- Clear work breakdown structure plans and task lists
- Time and milestone planne
- Measures to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Communication plans
- simple risk analyses and budget overviews
GDPR-compliant tools are used, includingMicrosoft Copilot, Planner and Excel.
Objective: To enable participants to use AI safely, efficiently and responsibly and to noticeably reduce routine tasks.
Target group: Project managers, project managers and employees with project tasks in small and medium-sized companiescompany.
Technical knowledge: No previous knowledge necessary
The digital workshop series will be jointly organized by Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Spreeland and the EDIH pro_digital.
