AI agents now take over entire workflows in companies: they research, automate email traffic, access internal systems and place orders independently. However, this autonomy creates new IT security risks, so that an unsecured AI agent can quickly cause greater damage than a classic softwareare errors.
In this workshop, you will gain a practical insight into the central topics surrounding the safe use of AI agents.

Content of the workshop:

Recognizing and assessing risks: You identify the key hazards associated with deploying AI agents within the company and evaluate where actual harm could arise in your own operational processes.
Ensuring technical and organizational control: You become familiar with protective measures to restrict permissions and access, safeguard confidential data, and halt critical decisions made by agents if the need arises.
Designing secure deployment scenarios: You will be able to develop a strategy for your own use cases to deploy AI agents productively and securely, without losing control over your data.

Objective: Participants gain a clear understanding of how AI agents can be used responsibly as a basis for decision-making in their own corporate context.

Target group: specialists and executives, IT security managers and process managers from SMEs who wish to plan the deployment of intelligent AI agents and secure it at an early stage.

Technical knowledge: Basic knowledge of digital workflows, IT security or artificial intelligence are helpful.

The digital workshop series will be jointly organized by Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Spreeland and the EDIH pro_digital.
