AI in recruiting

Attracting new employees is an integral part of many business processes. AI can assist in recruiting when visibility, approach and communication needs to be covered with limited resources.

The workshop will show how the AI tools ChatGPT, PeopleGPT, Landbot, and Canva can be used in the recruiting process:

Workshop content:

• Generate employer branding content 
  Create content for social media, website and blog in a target group-oriented and consistent manner
• Personalised approach
  Individual direct approachpotential candidates via social media and email
• Active Sourcing
  Find Qualified Candidates
• Recruiting chatbots 
  Automated answering of frequent applicant questions (e.g. about jobs, process, prerequisites)
• Job interviews
  Create guides and summarize notes 

Objective: To enable recruiting managers to use AI specifically to support recruiting and to reduce recurring tasks.

Target group: HRresponsible, recruiters as well as employees and executives with HR or recruiting tasks in small and medium-sized companies.

Technical knowledge: No previous knowledge necessary
