DABB Café: Quality of service

Service quality for digital applications: small causes, big impact

Why are digital applications cancelled? Why do queries or incorrect entries arise? Often the causes lie in details that can be uncovered and improved with simple means.

In the DABB Café, we show how potential for improvement can quickly become visible in online applications. In addition to input on the subject of service quality, we take an existing online serviceunder the microscope, identify stumbling blocks and ways to implement improvements in concrete terms.
