AI agents are on everyone's lips and offer exciting new opportunities to simplify processes and save time, especially for SMEs. Many companies are wondering how this technology actually works and where it can be used sensibly in their own operations.

In the workshop you will get a practical overview of the wimost important aspects of AI agents.

Content of the workshop:

• Market overview and scalability of AI agents in the SME environment
• Functioning of AI agents and differentiation from classic chatbots
• Practical examples from the SME environment
• Digital evaluation matrix for assessing one's own potentials and unsuitable tasks

Objective: To provide participants with a basic understanding of AI agents as a starting point for a well-foundedassessment of its own deployment potential.

Target group: Employees and managers in small and medium-sized companies who want to get started with the topic of AI agents.
