AI Agents in Marketing
Automate marketing tasks, work more efficiently
Marketing teams often handle different channels, content and requests in parallel. AI agents can help to bundle tasks, prepare information and make processes clearer.
No-code and low-code platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n are available for setting up AI-supported workflows. These tools can be used to applyand workflows via graphical user interfaces, for example via drag-and-drop, without the need for programming knowledge.
In the workshop, participants will receive an introduction to AI agents in marketing with a focus on competition observation.
Content of the workshop:
- Classification and delimitation of AI assistants and AI agents
- Overview of areas of application of AI agents in marketing
- Basics for building workflows with no-code or low-code tools
- Live Demo: Building a Competitive Observation Workflow
Objective: To enable participants to get started in AI agents in an understandable way, to realistically classify potentials and to develop their own workflows to support marketing.
Target group: Employees and managers working in Kleand medium-sized companies have tasks in the areas of marketing, communication or content creation.
Technical knowledge: No previous knowledge necessary
The digital workshop series will be jointly organized by Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Spreeland and the EDIH pro_digital.
