AI agents in customer service
Process customer inquiries in a structured manner, answer them in a well-founded manner
Customer inquiries via email often pile up faster than they can be answered, and support teams spend a lot of time reviewing, researching, and formulating.
AI agents can assist here, but only if their answers are reliable. The key to this is Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Instead of responding freely, agents targetf stored company knowledge. The workshop shows how this works in detail using the example of the no-code or low-code platform n8n, with the construction of a complete email support workflow demonstrated step by step and live.
Content of the workshop:
- Automatically analyze, classify, and route customer emails
- Integrate corporate knowledge using RAG
- Prepare knowledge documents and make them usable in a vector store
- Retrieve real-time customer or order data via APIs and agent tools
- Generate source-based, structured response drafts
- Integrate checkpoints, human approvals, and targeted handoffs to support teams
Objective: Participants will be shown how AI agents with RAG and Agent Tools. This should serve as a basis for your own use in customer service.
