Calliscribe offers companies the ability to create personalized messages in almost any desired format in the desired quantity. Our technology makes it possible to integrate individual text modules and personal addresses, so that each message is unique and tailored to the receptionsr. An outstanding feature of our service is that the documents are written with real pens – nothing is printed. This gives each message an authentic, handwritten look that is appreciated by the recipients and perceived as particularly personal.

Why handwritten messages?

Handwritten messages stand out from the digital flood and achieve higher opening rates, which leads to greater attention. They convey appreciation and create an emotional connection with the customer, which strengthens customer loyalty. Studies show that handwritten mailings can achieve an opening rate of up to 98% and an average RoAS (Return on Advertising Spend) of 990%. Each handwritten message is unique and conveys authenticity. Calliscribe combines the efficiency of modern technology with the personal touch of handwritten communication to reach and inspire customers in a special way.

What are the outstanding features of your production?

By combining robotics and real pens, we create automated messages with high-quality, handwritten-looking texts. This method allows for flexible design of individual messages. Large order volumes can be implemented effortlessly, without any loss of quality.
The special advantages: Handwritten messages create a real, emotional connection with the customer and strengthen loyalty, which leads to higher customer retention. Automation also saves time and money by replacing manual work, making the process more efficient and cost-effective. Finally, more loyal customers and personalized messages lead to higher order values and more recommendations, which increases sales potential.
