Dominique Zeise has not only founded a start-up under his name, but is also looking for new cooperations and always busy creating new topics and courses for his platform.

Brief description of the startup:
I offer various services such as online courses and workshops. It is always about the topics: digitization, office automation, webdevelopment, programming and artificial intelligence.
What do you offer and what are the benefits of your products/services?
I create online courses, as well as individual training videos, give workshops and advice for digital implementation projects and start-ups. My courses are time- and location-independent and allow easy Introduction to the respective topics. They are practice-oriented and can be individually tailored to the participants. In addition, the courses are tax deductible as training costs. I am listed with BAFA, which means that my 1: 1 coaching can be taken over by BAFA up to 80%. With feedback from more than 2000 participants, the courses are constantly being improved.
What motivates you?
I am a big fan of digitization and practical software solutions. In my niche – bioinformatics – at the time of my studies during the pandemic, there were hardly any books on my topics, and due to sick leave and the situation, there were hardly any lectures. I then wanted to do my own research for others, and so the first courses were created.
What market phase is your startup currently in?
In the growth phase: The number of my courses is steadily increasing; at the same time, the idea is scaling as I can offer the courses on different platforms.
What are your current challenges?and needs?
Continue to serve networking, marketing, and demand: I am focusing more on startups and looking for other institutions/entrepreneur centers that would include me in their pool of consultants and workshop leaders. In addition to better marketing, I would like to create further courses on desired topics.
What would you like to give to other founders?
At first, I was most disturbed by my own fear of starting: the bureaucratic effort, fear of doing something wrong about it, trouble with accounting, etc. There is actually a desire, but never knowing which office to contact is demotivating.
I advise everyone to overcome this point because after that it is more relaxed and the fun comes back on its own. In addition: Get an accounting software; this will save you a lot of headaches!
