Contents:

  • Fundamentals of process modeling and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 
  • Start events, activities, gateways, sequence flows, end events, and swimlanes 
  • Live demonstration of the residential registration process in bpmn.io 
  • Collaborative creation of a BPMN "as-is" model and documentation on a Miro board

Objectives:
Map an administrative process as an understandable "as-is" process model using selected basic BPMN elements.

Target group:
Employees of the local and state administration in Brandenburg and Berlin

Technical knowledge:
No prior technical knowledge required. PC/laptop, stable internet connection, audio, a current browser and the use of Webex and Miro are required.
