Coffee break with AI - Tailoring AI
Tailoring AI
Teaching AI its own knowledge with prompt, rag and fine-tuning
Many companies already use AI in everyday life, but the answers often remain general and do not take into account their own processes or internal knowledge.
This does not always require a time-consuming own training, often already good prompts, targeted access to internal knowledge or the connection of external toolse to the goal.
In this AI coffee break, we will show you live examples of how prompting, rag, tools and fine-tuning differ and when which approach makes sense.
Objectives:
- You will learn the most important approaches toadapt AI to your own requirements, from prompting to rag and tools/MCP/skills to workflows, agents and fine-tuning.
- With the help of short examples, you can see how these approaches differ in practice and for which application scenarios they are suitable.
- You know which approach might make sense for your own use case.
Target group: The format is aimed at specialists and managers from small and medium-sized companies.
Technical skills: No techprior knowledge is necessary.
