AI in the project management

Artificial intelligence can help project managers plan, manage and implement projects in a more structured, efficient and transparent way. The workshop provides a practical introduction to the use of generative AI in project management and shows how it can be used in a data protection-compliant manner throughout the entire project process.

Using a realistic mini-project, the participants develop with the support of AI:

• Clear work breakdown structure plans and task lists
• Timelines and milestone plans
• Measures to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
• Communication plans
• simple risk analyses and budget overviews

GDPR-compliant tools are used, including Microsoft Copilot, Planner and Excel.

Objective:
To enable participants to use AI safely, efficiently and responsibly and to noticeably reduce routine tasks.

Target group:
project managers, project managers and employees with project tasks in small and medium-sized enterprises.
