Funding week - AI in the application process

Successfully apply for funding with AI

In this workshop, you will get an overview of the most important steps in applying for funding - and how you can use AI tools to achieve your goals faster.

We will explain the basics of prompting and show how it is used in the search for funding and in the writing of funding applications. In this workshop, you will not only learn how AI tools work, but also how to integrate AI tools into your daily workflow so that they become a meaningful part of your workbecome routine and not just remain a fancy buzzword in theory.

Target Group:
This workshop is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), startups, and public institutions that want to acquire funding for their projects. It will be particularly beneficial for:

  • Companies that want to support their innovation projects with funding
  • Public organizations that want to make the application process more efficient

Prerequisites:
No specific prior knowledge is required. If possible, please bring a laptop. Participants are welcome to bring their own project or funding application idea; we will have time to address it individually.

The goal is to provide a basic understanding of the use of AI in the funding process and to demonstrate initial steps for implementation.
