Data management for administration

This event, organized by the Cottbus-Senftenberg University Library, is aimed at employees of government agencies and administrations who would like to gain an initial insight into key aspects of data management.

Keynote lecture and discussion.

Why is data management important? How can I structure and document data in a meaningful way? How do I protect myself against data loss? What needs to be considered in terms of data security? The introductory lecture is devoted to these questions. The subsequent discussion gives room for joint exchange on practical experiences, challenges and solutionsas well as for networking.
