- SIPOC model: Supplier, Input, Process, Output and Customer
- Practical group work in Webex and Miro on prepared administrative processes
Objectives:
Define the scope of administrative processes in a goal-oriented manner, map them systematically using SIPOC, and document their key steps in a logical sequence.
Target group:
Employees of the local and state administration in Brandenburg and Berlin
Technical knowledge:
No prior technical knowledge required. PC/laptop, stable internet connection, audio, a current browser and the use of Webex and Miro are required.
