Public Administrations in transition – shaping the future together
Brandenburg's public administrations – whether in cities, offices, districts, or state authorities – are under pressure: increasing tasks, higher expectations of citizens, technological upheavals, a shortage of skilled workers, and limited resources are shaping the day-to-day work. Administration is becoming more complex, and there is no relief in sight.
In recent years, Wildau University of Applied Sciences has established itself as a partner of the public sector – in the training of qualified young professionals as well as in research and consulting. We want to deepen and expand these strengths together with and for the benefit of the authorities.
The Wildau Administration Day 2025 is aimed at municipalities and state authorities in Brandenburg. It provides a forum for knowledge transfer, exchange of experience, and networking between science and administration.
Focus topic at this years Event: Digitisation in Administration
University professors and project partners present current findings, report from practice, and discuss challenges and approaches to solutions together with the participants.
The Wildau Administration Day focuses on interaction: In addition to keynote speeches and plenary discussions, practice-oriented workshops and targeted networking is being highlighted. Take the opportunity to exchange with experts, to make new contacts, and to further develop your administration in an inspiring environment on the campus of TH Wildau.
