Webinar: AI in Recruiting - Mittelstand Digital Zentrum Smarte Kreisläufe

How do companies get qualified personnel? This question is becoming increasingly important in view of demographic change and the increasing shortage of skilled workers.

As part of the AI webinar series of the Mittelstand Digital Zentrum Smarte Kreisläufe, we will therefore focus on the topic of recruiting on 18 May 2026. In a 60-minute online webinar, lecturer Henrike Homeyer from the European Digital Innovation Hub - pro_digital practical insights into the basics of AI-supported recruitment.

The focus is on the following questions, among others:

  • How can AI-enabled approaches help companies identify suitable candidates?
  • How can the suitability of profiles be analysed by AI?
  • Which possibilities, limits and legal framework conditions must be observed?

The online webinar provides a practical overview of how AI can support recruitment processes. Potentials and typical use cases are also made tangible.
